Who We Are
Shamael Government Services is a business setup and government services consultancy registered in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what we do with the personal information you give us through this website, by email, by phone or in our office.
Information We Collect
When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in and anything you write in the message field. We also record the date of the submission and the IP address it came from, which we use only to detect automated abuse of the form.
If you go on to become a client, we collect the identity and company documents required by the relevant UAE authority: passport copies, Emirates ID, trade licence details, visa records and similar. We collect these because the authority requires them, not because we want them.
How We Use It
We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry, to provide the service you asked for, and to keep you informed about the progress of your application. We use document data solely to prepare and submit applications on your behalf to the relevant UAE government authority.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who We Share It With
We share information with UAE government authorities and free zone regulators strictly as required to process your application, for example the Department of Economic Development, GDRFA, ICA, the Federal Tax Authority, and the free zone you have chosen.
We also use service providers who process data on our behalf, such as our email provider and our website hosting provider. They are permitted to use the data only to deliver that service to us.
How Long We Keep It
Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up and answer questions about earlier quotes, then deleted.
Client records are kept for as long as we act for you and afterwards for the period UAE law requires us to retain them for accounting, tax and regulatory purposes.
Cookies and Analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and, where the site owner has enabled it, business ratings are shown from Google. These providers may receive your IP address as part of serving that content.
Your Rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it where we are not required by law or by a government authority to keep it. Write to us at info@shamaeluae.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
Enquiry data submitted through this site is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to client records is limited to the staff who need it to do their work. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page.
