About These Terms

These terms govern the services Shamael Government Services provides to you and your use of this website. By engaging us or submitting an enquiry you accept them.

Our Services

We act as a consultancy and processing agent. We prepare, submit and follow up applications to UAE government authorities and free zones on your behalf. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal representation.

Timelines we quote are estimates based on normal processing. Approval remains the decision of the relevant authority and is outside our control.

Your Responsibilities

You must give us accurate, complete and genuine information and documents. Applications are routinely rejected because of a mismatch between a passport, an attestation and an application form, and we cannot verify the authenticity of documents you supply.

You are responsible for complying with the conditions of any licence or visa obtained, including renewal deadlines, activity restrictions and residency requirements.

Fees and Payment

Our quotations separate government fees from our service fee. Government fees are set by the authority and are payable in full before submission. Our service fee is payable as set out in your quotation.

Package prices shown on this website are indicative, apply to the stated scope only, and are subject to the terms noted against each package. Government fees can change without notice.

Rejections and Delays

If an authority rejects or delays an application, we will tell you the stated reason and the options available. Government fees already paid to an authority are generally not refundable to us and therefore cannot be refunded to you.

Limits of Liability

We are liable for our own negligence in preparing and submitting your application. We are not liable for the decisions of government authorities, for changes in law or fees, for losses arising from information you gave us that was incomplete or incorrect, or for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.

Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the service fee you paid us for the work concerned.

Confidentiality

We keep your business and personal information confidential and disclose it only to the authorities and service providers needed to deliver your service, as described in our privacy policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Ajman, and the courts of Ajman have jurisdiction over any dispute.
